We have no doubt that you will love your Afro Frizzy Hair extensions, but do recognize that there are situations where our customers may have a change of mind.

Under what circumstances can I exchange extensions purchased from Afro Frizzy Hair?

Due to the quality of our products, we have very few requests for exchanges, however our customers are well within their rights to make such a request provided that written notice is given (email will suffice), within 14 days of ordering/receiving the goods. We would also be happy to offer a credit note that you could use at a later stage.

You must also ensure that packaging is unopened and has not been tampered with to guarantee an exchange or credit note. We have specially designed our packaging to ensure our customers can clearly see the texture of the product before opening each pack purchased.  We strongly recommend that you carefully look through the Afro Frizzy Collection textures offered in order to select the texture that best suits your style and requirements.

How long after receiving my extensions do I have to make a request to exchange goods purchased?
Our customers have 14 days within which to contact us for an exchange once the goods are received.

How do I make an exchange?
In order to exchange, please send an email to customercare@afrofrizzyhair.com, detailing the reason for your request, within our 14 day return period.

We aim to respond within 48 hours with details of what address to return the items to. The returned items will be subject to checks to ensure that the conditions of return have been met – and following this your exchange will be initiated.

On any items sent back to Afro Frizzy Hair, please provide details of your name, receipt number and date of purchase in a cover note with the returned package in order to ensure your exchange is processed correctly.

Please note that this section is subject to the terms stated above, within our conditions for exchange of extensions.

Do you accept exchanges on hair products, within your hair care section?

Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns on hair care products/items. For this, all sales are final.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping when requesting an exchange? 
The cost of returning the items to Afro Frizzy hair for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. In light of this, we strongly recommend that all items are sent to us using a tracked service with relevant customs declarations (if necessary) in order to ensure the goods are returned in good order – unfortunately we take no responsibility for any goods lost or stolen in transit.

Can I cancel my order?
Requests to cancel order must be made before the dispatch notification is sent. We typically fulfil all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed please email customercare@afrofrizzyhair.com

Should your ordered items be dispatched before you wish to cancel, please note that you will need to take delivery of the items and return the items directly to Afro Frizzy Hair – subject to the conditions of returns outlined above.
